Cooking Instructions 1. Combine one tablespoon Shan Chinese Chopsuey Seasoning Mix, egg white, meat and 1 tablespoon oil. Set aside for 15 minutes. 2. Dissolve remaining Shan Chinese Chopsuey Seasoning Mix in 1¼ cupwater and set aside. 3. Heat oil in a large wok. On high heat add meat and stir- fry for 1 minute. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Continuously stir to turn and toss. 4. Add the dissolved Shan Chinese Chopsuey Seasoning Mix and stir-fry on low heat for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve with Crispy Fried Egg Noodles or Shan Egg Fried Rice.


Add in the above recipe 50g whole Prawns, 50 g boiled chicken liver, 50g sliced and cooked beef and use 100g sliced chicken instead of 250g and 3-4 tablespoons Tomato ketchup. Add all in Step No. 3, after the vegetables are cooked.

Tips:*Freeze meat and then make thin slices.

Beef: Use Fillet Mignon / undercut or boil beef till tender.
