Cooking method: Mix 1 measure of MTR Dhokla mix with 3 tbsp cooking oil, 1/2 measure curd and 1 measure water to form a smooth batter Grease 2 baking trays/ plates with a little oil and pour equal quantities of batter into each. ( so as to obtain require thickness and proper puffing of dhokla) On this poured batter, sprinkle cumin powder, red chilli powder or black pepper powder Steam the batter on high flame for about 15 minutes OR use a microwave oven and steam the batter for 6 minutes using amicrowave soft vessel. Cut into cubes and serve.
