What areas does HDS Foods deliver to?
We currently deliver to mainland England, Scotland and Wales. We use Parcel Force for delivery services.
What is the delivery charge for orders?
Deliveries are charged at £9.99 each for orders under £60.
For customers in ‘Far reaches’ areas (Parcel Force Zone 2) deliveries are charged at £13.99 and free delivery is not available.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled within a limited timeframe. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible for assistance.
What is HDS Foods' return policy?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept the return of any delivered orders/products.
If the goods ordered do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, in our absolute discretion, send you a HDS Foods voucher or a full refund to the value of the goods that have fallen short of your expectations within 3 working days of receiving a complaint.
How do I redeem my rewards & discounts?
If you’ve earned points from HDS you will find them in Your Account > Points & Rewards
Shopping discount and Free Delivery vouchers can be created by scrolling down to the ‘My Rewards‘ section and clicking ‘Create Coupon’ on the reward of your choice.
Once you have exchanged your points you will be issued a coupon code to use when you’re ready to order.
Your unused coupons can be found in the ‘Coupons‘ tab and can be applied directly to your cart.
