200g – Garam Masala is a mixture of spices heavily used as a basis in Indian cooking. The mix consists of Coriander seeds, Cumin, Cinnamon sticks, Peppercorns, Whole Cloves, Whole Cardamom, Star Anise and Whole Bay Leaves. By keeping the mixture whole, the inner oils and aromas are kept fresh for much longer than ready ground. Prior to use, grind or crush in a pestle & mortar and gently heat in a pan.
