Kaddu – Dudhi Round

Dudhi can be used to prepare a variety of dishes, serving as a starter, main, and even dessert. In Pakistan, the green Calabash is known as Lauki while the round yellow variety is known as Kaddu. A popular Pakistani, indian dish is lauki channa, (channa dal and diced gourd in a semidry gravy). Kaddu Gosht is also very popular in summer.
