Ingredients: Coriander, Salt, Red Chilli, Paprika, Dehydrated Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Bay Leaf, Black Cumin, Mace, Black Pepper, Green Cardamom, Cumin, Clove, Fenugreek Seeds, Carom, Papain. Cooking Instructions: 1. To the minced meat add, daalchanna, garlic, onions, ginger, Shan Shami Kabab Mix and 6 glasses of water. 2. Cover and cook on low heat for about 30-45 minutes or until tender. 3.When tender, about 2 cups of liquid should remain in the pot. 4. Then remove and grind the meat mixture to a coarse paste. 5. Add egg(s) and knead well. Make 20-30 round flat Kababs. Heat ghee/oil and shallow/deep fry the Kababs evenly on both sides until brown.
