285g –  Madras paste is a lovely hot and spicy paste and is very popular across the UK. Madras originated from the South of India from a region called Chennai, which used to be called Madras. We blend together cumin, turmeric, coriander and chilli with some spices to create a wholesome curry paste with a spicy kick. Nazirs: The right ingredient to prodcuce an authentic ethnic dish, concentrated pastes enabling you to formulate a recipe to suit your taste.
