Ingredients: Salt, Ginger, Fresh Mango, Mace, Black Pepper, Clove, Red Chilli, Nutmeg, Cumin, Bay Leaf, Cinnamon, Citric Acid (E330), Tatric Acid (E334), Brown Cardamom, Ammonium Chloride (E510), Sugar, Carom, Garlic. Instructions: Pani puri: Dissolve one tablespoon Shan Pani Puri Masala in one glass of cold water for an appetizing, digestive and tasty drink. Squeeze half a lemon if desired. Pani Puri / Gol Gappas: 1. Prepare the pani puri drink as above. 2. Make a small hole in the Gol Gappas and fill with boiled chickpeas/chholay. 3. Then dip each in Shan pani Puri drink. Serve immediately.
