Pakora Mix – Laziza

200g Pakora mix. Preparation: Mix the contents of Pakora mix (one packet) in one glass of water, stir thoroughly to make a smooth paste. Leave for 10-15 minutes and deep fry Pakoras in very hot ghee/oil until golden. For variety add 3-4 tablespoons of finely chopped green coriander, 4-6 chopped green chillies and one finely sliced onion.
