100g – A traditional Indian dessert set in earthern pots. Broken rice is soaked in milk and then cooked till consistency is lightly firm. Ingredients: Sugar, Basmati Rice, Milk Powder, Xantham Gum, Agar Agar, Cardamom, Nature Identical Flavours. Directions: Blend the Phirni Mix with 500ml lukewarm milk and blend well. Bring to the boil, stirring continuously, then simmer for 5 minutes. Set in (earthenware) serving bowls. Allow to cool and serve chilled.
