Available in 500g, 1kg & 2kg Packs. Pudding rice is short grain rice which develops a sticky and soft texture when it absorbs liquid. HOW TO COOK PUDDING RICE: Hob – From Chilled/Ambient. Place approximately 50g Pudding Rice in a pan with 1 pint milk, 2 tablespoons sugar & flavouring. Bring to the boil and then lower to a very gentle simmer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and allow to cool. This will thicken the pudding. Serve either warm or cold.
