Ingredients: Salt, Red Chilli, Paprika, Coriander, Dehydrated Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Fenugreek Leaves, Cinnamon, Black Cumin, Carom, Mace, Clove, Turmeric, Amunium Chloride (E510), Green Mango, Brown Cardamom, Cumin, Black Pepper. Cooking Instructions: 1. Mix garlic and Shan Fish Seasoning Mix and apply on the fish. Marinate for 30 minutes. 2. Then fry the fish in hot oil until light brown.
