Cornmeal Coarse Polenta – TRS

500g & 1.5kg – Coarse Polenta. Yellow, ground cornmeal. Becomes creamy and smooth when boiled and cooked down. Cornmeal is also an ingredient of some flat breads and cornbreads. Sometimes cornmeal is combined with wheat flour, buckwheat flour or chestnut flour in polenta recipes. Gluten free.
